Roll out of bed and start your Sundays strong! This pilates-inspired strength circuit balances deep core activation with targeted glute exercises, using basic at home workout equipment.
Strengthening the center of your body is important because it enhances overall stability and balance, supports proper posture, and reduces the risk of injury. A strong center (abs+glutes) improves athletic performance, facilitates better movement in daily activities, and can alleviate back pain.
Suitable for all fitness levels, our circuit workout can be easily modified, with special adaptations for pregnant and postpartum participants. Expect a supportive environment where you can safely challenge yourself and build strength.
Get ready to engage your core, sculpt your glutes, and leave feeling empowered and energized!
